South Hadley Loops

Comments:
Wow late night, and early breakfast, so glad we are not commuting. That was the best choice. We had to get up early for breakfast and then go into more talks, which were great. In the afternoon, we got a free break as GRC people started to roll in. I wanted to nap, but also took the advantage to go for a run. I have never run around South Hadley. There were some maps but I was confused apparently, since I did a 4 mile loop in about 15 mins. Starting out around campus felt fine, but as I was out on the roads, started to feel fatigued. Coming down the hill was bad too, just shot up. I havent had much good mileage at all and this showed. I looped around the campus then came back and did some striders. Abysmal mileage by my count. Also not easy to run when its hot and on no sleep.

Essentials: Stretch

I did some stretching over at the dorms and noticed some people getting ready to play soccer. It turned out to be Adam! We kicked the ball around a little bit and played some frisbee, but was kinda tired from the run.
