Comments:
Got around to some miles today. It was rainy and humid but I wanted to get something in. Didnt really need a nap. Went a little later so I could digest the lunch appropriately. Ran up north this time trying to find that loop. I dont think I went the whole way, just did an out and back, got some hills. On the way back, stopped off the track (which is a surprisingly nice facility) and did a little add on. No speed work just distance. Came back through campus and around the pond.

Essentials: Stretch

When I got back, it wasnt too rainy anymore, got time to stretch and chill across the street. Felt much better than on Sunday, but did start to cramp up a little bit here and there probably from lunch. Best mileage I have gotten in a while...
