Comments:
Another afternoon freetime run today. Weather was awesome. I didnt want to do too much, so just went up to the track, did a few laps, then rolled back to the dorms. Didnt feel as good as yesterday. It was pretty warm and sunny out, so I was pretty strained overall. First back to back in a while.

Essentials: Stretch

Saw some others coming and going for runs while I was chilling there stretching. Looks like they came out at the end as the weather got nicer. Somehow I am maintaining enough energy to run, but sacrificing by napping in some of the talks..
