Comments:
4x2mile on the bike path. Woke up at 5am. Wicked tired. The first three reps were solid. Kept the pace between 5:25 and 5:30. Last rep was bad. Stopped after a mile. Finished but needed a few breaks. Legs aren't used to that much volume in a workout.
