Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Pretty easy workout in general:
One leg stepups with bar on sholders with 45lbs (4 sets 10,8,8,6 I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like a one leg squat or what. I'll have to ask coach the next time I see her for lifting. Not too bad otherwise)
4 way bands with purple band 3x12 each leg and each way (Not bad the purple band is harder than the other bands I've used and I tried to really streach it as much as I could with every movement)
Shin raises 2x20 each foot with 27.5 (Same as Monday really. Felt it as it went on though)
Pullups 8 then 5 (Added these so I'm doing pullups every time we lift. I really want to get 10 sometime so I can actually do 10 when it says 10)
General Comments: Not too bad as a whole. NOthing too strenous today except the pullups which is good so I can have a good workout tomorrow
