Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warm up, 5k race, 4 mile cooldown. didn't run all that well, it was really hot and really humid. ran well through 2.5 miles, and then hit a wall going up the half-mile hill at the end of the course. ended up at 17:24. all things considered i'm not too discouraged, i ran 60 in singles last week, i'll hopefully hit 70 this week with a few doubles, i'm feeling good on my training runs. right now i'm about where i was last year at this time (ran about the same time at this course this week last year), but instead of keeping my mileage steady at 60-65 like i did last year i'm going to keep increasing, hopefully hitting 75-80 going into preseason (hopefully).
