Getting to it this week. I came back at the reasonable time. IDK but I was feeling a little queezy today, kinda sore throat. I was sick like a month ago I hope another cold isnt going around... Anyways, I wanted a run to at least pep me up a little. Monday workout, up to the track, got to a tempo trying to hit straight 100 sec laps (thats 6:40 pace). Set my watch to 50 sec repeats. I was ahead of the timer most laps actually, focusing on holding steady and strong. It helped me get around and stay on pace. Overall it was a realistic tempo, even though it was so short. Good to start out at. HR was 160 after, right on target. Walked it off a little bit then headed back home down the hill. Legs feeling really good considering the consecutive days.
Essentials: Stretch
Downed the GRade. I think I need to keep drinking lots of fluids I have been feeling thirsty lately, and its especially important with the weather and miles. Solid body of work past few days, lets keep it going on a routine this semester.
