Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was up earlier, before the sun was up but went out at regular time. It was drizzling a little bit, but turned to downpour by the time I got to town. Puddled up real quick and I got drenched. It was refreshing. Kept my pace and wanted to get back before getting too wet. Achilles a little tight starting out and then I had to dodge all those puddles. By the time I was back, the rain had stopped.
Essentials: Stretch
After trying to dry off, stretched briefly in my room. Need a little more cause my foot still feels tight and so do my hips. Taking time to adjust to the increased mileage.
