Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Track workout with the 800 guys today. The workout was supposed to be 4x600 with the first 400 around 70 and then kick in the last 200 under 30 or so. We cut this to 3 for some reason. I don't know though. Even afterward I felt like another at the pace I was running wouldn't have been too difficult. The first one was pretty antsy as we hit the first 200 in 32 wihich felt extreamly easy. But the rest were right on pace throughout. Was a little tight at the end but really was never in too much distress. As I said before I could have done another without too much extra trouble.
Workout format: 3x600 quarter around 70 then drop the 200. 4 min rest in between
Splits from workout: 1:36 quarter in about 67 so 29 for the 2, 1:37 quarter in about 69 200 in 28, 1:37 quarter again in 69 200 in 28.
Static 1, Ibis, Coach Lenese circut after (moved to 10 reps on this so I don't have to break in between stuff) Ice bath
3x15 dips before bed
