K, K, mile, K + 3x200 with CA, Alexis

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool, almost raining!

Comments:
Woke up a little grumpy today but good energy. Jogged from the house down to Amazon to meet Alexis for a workout.

Per usual, the plan was for CA to lead and I just hang out, but:

* she wasn't feeling very good
* I was

Two weeks ago, our "teamwork Ks" (middle 200m surges) were high 3:30s to low 3:40s.

Today:

mile: 5:45
K: 3:30

All times were approximate, because my dang watch died!

CA struggled, mostly because she's lost her dang hip hinge! Too upright, too reachy, not enough "Salazar Stride"! I harped on her about it, because of this chronic heel pain she's been having.

I felt...like I wasn't running that fast. Felt pretty strong.

* 32.x
* 31.x!

Felt strong.

Good workout. Shit is coming around.

Rest of the day:
* busy: 2pts in the AM, 2 in the PM
* we found a new caterer! We're fully constructing the menu, AND it's way cheaper!
