Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Up early to run uphill sprints, my first of these in a long time. Per usual, I simply did CA's paces, to not push too hard.
We didn't really look at splits, on the first one, but after the 2nd felt pretty pedestrian, I looked and we'd run like an 80! So we started pushing harder.
Ran them basically: 78, 80, 75, 74, 73
Solid. I had to leave early to get back to work.
Note: I ran to Skinner wearing my 2012 WSER "crew shirt" -- my own that said "OOJ" in the back. I stashed it in the bushes at the start. At like 6:30 AM.
It got stolen before I finished. :-/
Grinded a 7:0x return mile to get to work on time.
