Hopkins parties too much

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 2 x Alumni (1 mile each) w/ 75 sec. recovery. Was with Woodhouse, Hiro, Colin, Rod, Knots, and Granola Prince. Those two miles were at 5:50 and then we did an 800 but I didn't really time it. They aren't into timing things much here, or using GPS watches, which I am more than okay with. The two Alumni's felt great but the 800 felt terrible. Late Night pulled me out of the last one which was definitely the right call. Should be up for about 55 this week. There are three more "high intensity" days this week though so that should be interesting.
