Made up for yesterday. It was still kinda hot though. Wanted to do a track workout, but school has started and there was a soccer game going on actually. Scrapped that, so I looped back to the base of Whitney and did hill repeats instead. They were solid havent done a workout like that in a while. Hit the hill hard, had a little flat at the train track, then went hard again up and over. Did 3 sets total. HR was 160 after the last set, right on target. Easy cool down afterwards I couldnt manage much speed.

Essentials: Stretch

I was still pretty hot and humid. I was soaked when I got back. Felt good today the rest yesterday gave my legs a chance to recover a little bit it seems.
