Tired this morning, but was up and out and got it done. Not a lot going on this morning. It was cool but humid. Heat wave is still here.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I got back I had to rush in for a pit stop. Legs feeling good after the workout yesterday, like they can rebound and carry the workload.
