Comments:
Hill Loop with Josh, Nathan, Rod, Colin, and Oscar. The hill by Riter's Mill looked really steep on the way down, but the way up wasn't bad. Knee/hip discomfort came back a bit, but I was fine to do 4 long strides afterwards with everyone else.
