2 mile warm up run strides 4 min tempo run 3 min hard run 90 sec rest 3 min hard run jog back to start 40 sec sprints jog back x 4 repeats 15 min cooldown hard workout pushed to hard to stay with jordan and started to fade but felt strong at the start need to pace myself better and finsh harder
