Comments:
Josh made up a route and took along me, Rod, and Colin. Felt a little sore in the hips after the hills yesterday, but otherwise I feel okay. I feel like I'm in great shape but it's hard to tell because the past week has been very tiring. It's been so hot out and that's making runs feel a lot worse than they should be at this point. I'm looking forward to it cooling off a few weeks down the line.
