Really late night last night so I slept in a lot. Made it to Conte for a little bit to mull over things. Totally forgot that the XC Meet was this morning. Didnt make it out this year. I did get my run in the afternoon. It felt real nice out today compared the the bullshit heat advisories these past few weeks. Started out on the access rd then did the course, which was groomed and perfect to run on. Feeling decent around the bends and up the hills. Looped up around Orchard Hill, then kicked it in hard once I got around to the gym. That finish felt awesome I was trucking it. Not sure where it came from.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
First time back in the gym in a while. Went around but ended up just stretching it out and getting a good roll in. Its been a while since I got that done and it felt good. Getting back into the strength with some abs. I wasnt as rusty as I thought I would be. The gym wasnt as crowded as well. Finished up back to the parking lot. I was pretty tired and hungry by the time I was finished. Solid workout
