Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really cool to meet some of the alumni that came back. The race started with Tom saying, "okay, I'm going to say 'set, go," taking a step back, and a second later saying very quickly, "setgo." I turned off my brain in the first mile and keyed off of Jeff and Colin. My goal was to make passes starting at the end of the first mile, which I did pretty successfully. I must've passed at least 7-8 people. Felt pretty good, but I'm more happy with how smartly I raced, and even more impressed with the overall team spread (something like 4 guys under 15 mins?!). Very excited for the Main Line next week.
