Brickyard to Fearing

Comments:
It feels like fall now. Kinda chilly but its to my liking. Ran later afternoon after doing some chores and trying to decompress. I felt pretty solid throughout actually. Brain was racked trying to balance everything thats going on but legs and core felt great. Went down to Kiwanis then into the trails. Its way overgrown back there, so I took it slow and my ankles were very unstable. Once I got out onto the rail trail, picked it right back up. Blasted down to the underpass then came out to Lincoln and Fearing, then came back by the High School. I wanted to kick up the mileage a little bit at each spot and I am glad I did. Coming up the hill, I did slow down a little bit, couldnt finish like yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch when I got back. Legs are not as tired as I though they would be. Right ankle is a little bit sore though. Longest route in a while. Thats nice and it certainly goes along with the weather. Good progress for only a few solids weeks.
