Feeling tired and incredibly sore (really don't know why) so I just did a slow light bike ride and watched Atypical season 2 (!!!!) Then did a lot of strength: Planks (45 secs per), crunch progression (20 per), 20 squats, wall sit (1:30), and 70 (!!!) pushups throughout the day!
Sad to miss the meet. Sounds like an amazing day. Congrats to everyone who raced!
