Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ughh I needed a run to shake off last night. Went to Conte to wrap up a few things then ran on campus. Started out around the backside then went down through town to Pratt, and then came back to the gym on the bike path. It was sunny but the temp was good. I took it chill throughout nice and easy pace working myself back into it. Legs felt good, ankle was a little stiff. After getting back to the gym, lifted then did another 1/2 on the track to shake out. That felt great.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
Solid stretch session working out the aches. Not running Thursday and Friday and being stresses took a toll I think so I was glad to get it in today. Felt refreshed. Need to hydrate a lot still.
