Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was wet today. Really, really wet. I got soaked on my way down to the bus then spent the rest of the day drying out. I was productive though kept to myself. Rain went away and I was ready to run. It was still super humid out and I started sweating immediately. Headed over to the high school. Looks like the XC teams were finishing up some interval work. I didnt want to intrude, so I kept going and did my intervals around Kendrick Park. Didnt know the exact distance (its 0.45 mile) so I did as many hard laps as I could. I got two done before stomach started to cramp up. I didnt want to risk it and wasnt too into the loop either, so I called it and jogged back. If I go a little later, the track should be open. Under different circumstances, Kendrick could be pretty nice.

I did make it home took it easy. Not sure why I was cramping up so. Legs are sore now, first run after a solid long run, so Ill have to shake them out tomorrow with some easy mileage.
