Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was too muddy to do them on the alumni. Sad. Too early for the track, but I enjoyed getting to pace my group on a couple of them. Fourth one was the hardest. Most of that was mental--the pace was not terribly difficult for me. Splits were 5:58, 5:56, 5:58, 5:56, 5:55 if I remember correctly.
