Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Same as last week's hill loop, this time with Nathan, Oscar, Josh, Rod, Max, and Simon. The hills are kinda difficult, but this week I had no trouble catching my breath within around 15 seconds after cresting the hill. It's cool to see that improvement after starting out with the 8 mile version just two weeks ago. The middle is the hilly part, and I'm really starting to enjoy and feel good on those last two flattish miles. Ready for an easy day tomorrow, and I'm excited for the Wis on Saturday morning for our long run!
