Comments:
We jogged to the Glover Trailhead and did warmups there before Anthony pulled me aside to ask me if I would rather do my workout then instead of the following morning, to which I responded yes, and we, as well as Arya and Alex, jogged to AU, incorporating a few striders into our run once we were on campus. The workout consisted of a 16-12-8-4 downward ladder. Mentally and physically challenging, today's workout, the first on the track this year, was all in all high-quality training.
