Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
5 x alumni (1 mile), so same workout as last week... Pace was 5:55 this time though, and recovery was 75 seconds. Felt decent, legs are a little tired, but mentally it was more tough. Hard to get a good position in the group and fell back a bit on the third and fourth ones, but was able to work back up to the pack and finish the last 400 meters or so with the group. It was me, Woodhouse, Rod, Scott, Max, Simon, and Hiro. Enjoyed Woodhouse's pacing. Feel the improvement from last week, doing this on trails instead of track, with less recovery, and at a faster pace.

Also forgot to mention that I caught my fourth leaf of the season during dumpster dive.
