September 25, 2018 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50, but not chilly - pretty nice
Comments:
Slept like ASS last night, not sure why. Combo of:
* too hot
* too much food, late
* some dairy
* different bed
Either way, it was unfortunate. The plan today was to run near the hotel, then grab "PDX Breakfast" before driving home.
We were due for a workout, but we were both too tired, so we ran "easy" -- with about 6-7 strides" -- along the Willamette River in PDX.
Lots going on at "rush-hour" -- lots of folks out, and tons of bike commuters. Just generally stressful.
OK run, but pretty heavy. As I told Callie, "compared to the average run [from Feb - June], I feel great". Ankles were OK -- stiff at first, but came around quickly.
Rest of the day:
* breakfast at "Screen Door" (southern-style in NE), which was OK
* donuts at Blue Star (OK)
* drove home (tired!)
* two clients in the PM
* house is a disaster with wedding gifts and supplies!!
