Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Man straight grinding. IDK how I got the focus but I like it. I guess its been building for 5 years. I felt like 11 hrs was just enough, so looking forward to run. Forgot headlamp, so I stuck on campus. Did a 2 mile warm up, then made it to the gym and hopped on the treadmill for a tempo. I was cruizing it was boring but I got through it and felt smooth the whole way. HR was right on pace. Very efficient workout I think I like Thursday night workouts too its a good recharge at the end of the week I dont really need it on a Tuesday.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll. Not to many people around the gym at 8pm so I had plenty of space very relaxing. Legs feeling decent. Weather was nice out today so I was comfortable and sweat a shit ton. Easy jog back to the parking lot.
