Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was a Conte day. I didnt get home till after 2am so I was pretty tired but wanted to run real bad. The weather was perfect fall. I was also surprised how wet the XC course was. I got soaked and muddy but the rest of the run it came off. Felt solid, good pace and consistent. Finished up real strong too on my way back to the gym. Added on a little by going down to the traffic circle.
Essentials: Stretch
Super simple stretch since I was getting the gym real dirty from all the mud. Flexibility is good, but my strength may be lacking a little bit. Could get more lifting and abs in, but the mileage is priority now. Easy jog back to the car in the nice weather.
