Corn Fields to Groff

Comments:
Perfect running weather again this weekend. Stuck to the south end of town. Went downtown, caught the rail trail to the cornfields, then came along Mill River Rd past Groff then back on the rail trail, cut through campus then down to Cumbies. Solid pace kept it consistent thoughout. Only thing that hurt today was nipple chafing. Feels good to be able to bust out a long run like that. Come to thin of it, this was a normal training run back in the day, out to Warrensville or around SHHS. Good stuff.

Essentials: Stretch

Afterworking at it, got stretched out much better. Feeling a little tight in the knees but ankles and everything held up. Schedule is gonna get kinda bonkers next few weeks, then the half is in a month. Thing I should just do it to do it. Past month I really picked up the mileage so I should be able to hold it longer.
