Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Two trails and some more. Tom lets everyone--even freshmen--double on Sundays if they like. I've been hesitant until this weekend because I wanted to feel good doing it and not be tired or anything. Since I got a lot of sleep on Saturday night and woke up feeling good I decided that doubling would be ok. I felt great on this run after ironing out some soreness within the first five minutes. Getting a bit bored of trails.
