Solid effort today. Legs actually felt really good. Up before sunrise now and it felt like not a lot of other people were out. Like the level my strength is at, dont feel like I am struggling each time I step out, miles come efficiently. See what we can get this weekend. Im prepared to miss a bunch during the meeting, which is 2 weeks before the race.

Felt super tight right when I got back, but worked it out. I should roll sometime havent done that in a while.
