Downward Ladder with Charlie, Corbin, both littys, and Alex. 1x1600m, 3x800m, 2x400m, 1x200m, with 400m & 200m cooldowns in between, depending on the distance. Extremely difficult, but it was satisfying to run a full 5k on a track!
