Comments:
Light bike just to loosen up a bit and then a bunch of strength. Crunch Progression (20 per), Pushup Progression (3*2), Front Plank (1:15), Wall Sit (1:30), SLL (10 per position). I miss the team even when I just have one day off. :'(
