Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Four mile tempo felt great, and was only four seconds off my mainline time. Did fartleks after: 60 s, 50 s, 40s, 30s, 20s and 10s. Mile splits for the tempo were approx. 5:49, 6:05 (this one was uphill and the others were pretty flat), 5:53, and I can't remember the last one but we finished in 23:42 so you can do the math. The fartleks were weird and the Nova team was giving us weird looks when we did them but it was a super fun workout overall. Steve, James Barker, Jeff, and Willegas were a great group for it.
