Misc Streets in West York

Surprisingly fast given I thought it was the biggest waste of time ever. I felt awful, heat was terrible, didn't think I was going under 6:45 the whole time, had to stop a ton because I hadn't ate enough during the day so I had no energy and the sun was burning anything I had quick. Normally I have to add only a tenth or so to my runs because I have to account for USATF Routes error in that I don't run a perfect tangent down a street but I stay on a sidewalk that has various small turns and such, but this time it already seemed a lot longer than I would expect given my time. Hell I'll accept it if I did 6:33ish but I sure didn't feel like it, probably because once I started again after stopping I would always feel great. Also my first 2.25 miles I felt absolutely terrible and like I could barely move but it was 6:31 pace, when I started again is when all of a sudden I felt loose and great. Weird but cool I guess because it wasn't so much of a bust of a run. God my mileage is sucking this week though.
