Didn't look at my watch during the run. When I finally got off back roads and onto Market St. I had to take a minute break at the corner because my back really wasn't feeling good, it literally felt like the lower two discs were crunching and binding together. Was going to go longer but with the pain I didn't want to push it and rather just get in, wound up easing up the rest of the way in (nothing ridiculous but easier). Also once again started my run too late.
