1x Baldy + quick mile with CA

Weather: 60, beautiful

Comments:
Slept pretty well and "in" 'til 8, then got up and out the door by 9. Drove to Hilyard and 40th for a short Baldy session.

I felt both "good" and "heavy", so I was pace-pushing the warm-up to get the legs going. Then I led the rep:

Up: 10:07
Down: 7:08

Felt pretty strong on the up. Tried to not jack the HR too much. Worked hip extension and pelvic alignment, and butt out-back arch. Felt solid.

CA got stung by a goddamn yellowjacket on the way down. So annoying. Descent was OK.

Quick mile: 5:58. That felt pretty good. Again:

* hinge
* arch
* flick and pull (foot action pawback)

Felt solid.

Heels were a bit sore initially, then essentially fine after that.
