Comments:
After jogging to the AU Track, Anthony put me in a group that was cross-training. So I jogged back to school with Ilana and Litty to do a workout on a bike: 1 minute steady as a warmup followed by 8 3 minute picks, with 1-minute cooldowns for the first 4, then 2-minute cooldowns upon realizing Anthony's orders.
