Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Solid day but I wanted a run. Got it in at night. Up Orchard hill, down the hill to Lincoln and back to the gym. I was flying on some sections, the darkness made me feel fast. Finished fast into the gym too. Cooled it down with easy laps on the track.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch, needed a roll. In good footing through this week in lab, still have lots to do but I am looking forward to seeing old friends at the meeting and in STL. Get one more breather before hitting it hard again. My mileage as is is really helping me along, keeping my head above the water. Time to kick it in hard.
