Comments:
Errands and packing today, just trying to keep it together for next week. Obviously feeling stressed, got to remember to go with the flow and appreciate it all. Got a few easy shake out miles in right before it got dark. Its chilly out today. Really feels like fall. Good stuff. Just felt like going short and easy today. Went to the track and did two laps with straight way striders. Then came back on High St.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back. ITs a little tight. Want to just relax and have my legs fresh up.
