Comments:
possibly the best workout of the summer. I did 5 repeats on the treadmill at threshold pace about 5:30 pace, and I didn't feel bad at any point. Aerobically i felt great, and even after the workout yesterday my legs felt good. More or less it was a great sign that i am imroving and that it is more difficult to do the threshold runs on the track because of the varying winds. if there is alot of wind i need to alter the pace accordingly. But i felt like i could have done 10 of them and felt fine today.
