Comments:
Fartlek 3x(1' on, 30" off, 2' on, 1' off, 3' on, 90" off). Definitely tired. Partly because I haven't run this fast in over two months & partly because of sleep. Haven't received 8-9 hours in a few nights. Need to do better on that
