Comments:
Invigorating. Been writing a paper all day with slow to tedious progress. Brain dead by 10 pm so time for a run. Hit a familiar lighted route downtown. Last long run before the big day. Quads were hurting through the first miles but eased up after that. I was aware of the knee, but it was not really painful (Ice on it now). Gel at 40 minutes. Drank 10 oz water, 10 oz Gatorade. Pretty good push on the last 1/2 mile.
