Comments:
Good work today but wanted a run after feeling so shitty and depleted last week. Came home early and got out, started out towards Amethyst Brook then came out to Echo Hill on the backside, then back up Rt 9. Felt much better than yesterday, a little smoother. Weather was perfect. Kinda sad fall is just blitzing by and I dont have time to take it in and appreciate the season. Felt good coming back on flat part I could hold the pace.
Essentials: Stretch
Good quick stretch I like that worked feeling in my legs. Run refreshed me for another round of writing and studying. Its the grind.
