Back onto my Wednesday morning run grind after a few weeks off. It was dark out, well before sunrise. It was also below freezing had to bust out the pants. Felt good to be out there though, glad I got up. Actually forgot to set the alarm on and I just woke up instinctively at 6. Not a lot of people out, had to take it slow on the darker sections. Felt a little constrained from the pants but otherwise much better than earlier this week. Comfortable to get back to this groove.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch, feeling pretty tight and it was tough to work everything out. Some more walking and stretching later will help. Guess its Turkey trot training time. Im fine with that.
