Comments:
Not a tempo, just ran the route with Nathan, Rod, and Josh Frye. Beautiful weather, enjoyed the run. MY hip still hurts, but I think its getting better. The lower mileage and less high intensity days will help me recover. I feel beat down and tired and sore from this season, but I had so much fun and I hope to close it out strong and race well at these derbys Friday and next week. I'm also really excited to cheer on the top 8 at Regionals and Nationals in the coming weeks as well--theyve been working their asses off.
