Matt was nice enough to come by early to keep me entertained while cross training. He improvised a workout for me of 20-40 second sprints on the bike and we probably did 10-15 of them? It was kind of fartlek-y. Got to hear about Bosnia and he sprinted goofily around the workout room during my pickups to motivate me. Had fun. Also, I impressed him with my pushup form—the only thing I've ever wanted! :) Then walked over to AU with Sophie and hung out/cheered and also got to time some groups and feel important. Also much fun.
