Biked because my hip was really hurting after the derby. I want to be careful this weekend with it because it really has been improving a lot. A couple days on the bike may be all I need after a hard day. It always hurts a lot more after high intensity work, so I'll have to think carefully this week about the mile derby on Wednesday.
